Levi and Kyle were FANTASTIC! My accident was not my fault and the other driver’s insurance was not as cooperative as I would have like but these guys handled it with the utmost of professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service. Mary was delightful as well!

The car was towed in on a Friday morning. Despite repeated calls with the receptionist (two on Friday, one on Monday), no one would ever call me back, to give me a repair quote or to even discuss the car with me. Receptionist said the manager was too busy to call me. The Travelers adjuster came to Precision on Tuesday (5 days later) and just said it was totaled. Not having received a repair quote from Precision I just had to take their word for it. So I am not satisfied with my experience.

My experience mY have been skewed due to issues between them and my insurance company, but they did an excellent job fixing my car (looked show room) so I'd definitely give them another chance and recommend them.
