Got a scratch and paint lifted on the side of my vehicle after getting it fixed. No issues with the repair but they damaged the car. Called back to solve the issue but never received a call back after I was told they would look into it.

I am very dissatisfied with this experience. I was originally told the estimate would be about $2,800 and that my responsibility would be $0 because insurance would cover the cost. During the process, no one informed me about a $500 deductible. I was only told to pay it when I arrived to pick up my car. In addition, the final amount charged was more than $1,000 higher than the original estimate. This felt like hidden fees and very poor communication. The amount billed to my insurance does not seem reasonable compared to the work that was done. Overall, the situation felt unfair and unprofessional. As a customer, I felt disrespected and treated differently, and the service I received did not meet basic expectations of honesty and transparency.
