I feel they lied (or misrepresented) about the progress of repair work. On a friday they told me the car was up on the rack being examined and I would have the repair estimate on Monday. I went to the shop on Tuesday as I had not received the estimate only to find they had not even looked at the car yet. So they never had the car on the rack on Friday like they had told me. Despite communicating with them several times over the course of a week, they only informed me that they were not accepting credit card payments until I was told the car was ready for pickup. I was then told two different reasons why they wanted cash or a check (the credit card terminal was not working and then told the credit card companies wanted too much money to process the card payments). I was not happy about either of these incidents. The repair work done was satisfactory.

They did what AAA told them to. I definitely think the fender should; have been replaced. Doesn't look right.
