Great job guys! The Preferred Auto Body team did a great job repairing my vehicle. Because their repair cost were lower than other shops the insurance company did not “total “ my vehicle which would have required a salvage title if I wanted to repair it. Instead the vehicle retained its clean title thanks to Preferred.

The repair work was excellent. But Preferred first said pickup date would be July 15 and my work would be priority since I was paying for my own rental car. After a series of delays I finally picked up my car on August 6. This delay cost me hundreds of $ in rental car fees. Not good !!!

Everything looks great. I was shocked to see that I got my car washed as well. Thank you very much! Did not know that was going to happen and I’m happy to see that my shark fin is still on the roof of my car because I have been getting handwashing and I don’t know how they had my car washed. Unfortunately, at least the shark thing is still on my roof.
