I was really satisfied with the body work done on my car. What I’m not satisfied with is the fact that my car was used as transportation to and from the mechanic shop (reviewed dash cam) and when I had my car returned i noticed that my rim was badly scratched up and my tire pressure was way off(overinflated and under inflated tires). I have no proof, which is why I did not make a complaint but I take really good care of my rims and I would have remembered causing this type of damage. I also wish that I received more details about what work would be done on the car. I only expected body work, not tire alignments so I paid for an alignment before I brought the car in which turned out to be a waste of money. The work done was covered by insurance, but based on the tire inflation I don’t have much faith in the alignment being correct. So it’s something I’ll probably have to get redone.
