Vicky is a wonderful first experience of Carstar. She is welcoming and friendly; addresses all questions and concerns. Dennis was thorough in his explanation as to what needed to done to repair my car and provided a good estimate of the time it would take. It looks beautiful!

Nice facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the work was well-executed.

Carstar was highly recommend by my insurer and for good reason. The staff is welcoming, listened to concerns and responded to all questions. The car was ready when estimated and looked perfect.
