During repairs, the trunk was left open during the rain or washing the car and multiple contents in the trunk were damaged beyond repair. The trunk is still wet and still have what was salvaged drying. Iām really upset about this because I really take good care of my car. I used to have the original plastic cover and materials in the trunk and they were destroyed and it was so much water that the side cubbies in the trunk were 1/3 filled with water. Iām upset with the carelessness!

Overall it was a good job. I could see where someone tried to clean the windows but they were streaked. The color was slightly off . I worked as an auto body technician for many years so I tend to be pickier than most of your customers. I was happy with the fit and alignment of the new tailgate and bumper.
