Although Premier did a really great job with the vehicle, we would have appreciated a bit more communication about our vehicle. We were told it would take 2-3 days and it ended up closer to a week and a half. If we would have known it would have taken that long we would have gotten a rental. Also, we never got an update unless we called and often were told that we would get a call back which we never got.
