Laurie was amazing! I called Premier right after my accident. She took care of everything right away. She dispatched a tow and it was at scene in 15 minutes. When I arrived at Premier she already had insurance claim and set up a rental car for me. Joe gave me a detailed reprt on the damage, the estimate and the fix time 2 days later. Repairs were complete earlier than expected.
