Premium is an excellent body shop. The work they did was excellent and the people are very nice. My only complaint is that the car was delivered significantly later than it was promised. I understand that there was an issue with the replacement door and they had to source another... so it makes sense. Saying that, I would definitely go back in the future.

Excellent overall - again, my frustration is down to the fact that the car was not delivered when they said it would. They could have been a bit more communicative, but overall, very good customer service.
