They kept on touch with me re the repair, when it would be ready, etc. They used what looks like to brand new parts, and the man (Andy i think?โ) Gave me a good estimate and stuck to it. Hr was very nice and helpful.

They always kept me informed about everything that was going on. I never had to be chasing after them to give me info. I was always treated with respect and I was never talked down to. I really appreciate not being talked down to because alot of times when I deal with people at a car shop or mechanic shop, and the like, I always feel as if I am being talked down to and as if I am annoying them. But at Premium Collision Center they spoke to me like a valued customer. Thank you!
