I chose Prestige because Piedmont Honda highly recommended this team to safely, effectively complete the inspections and repair on my vehicle after an accident. My vehicle was in the shop for four weeks due to insurance, adjuster, and whatever other delays. There was little communication nor an initial conversation to explain approximately how long it would take. After 4 weeks, I was called to pick it up and the repairs weren’t completed. The areas were discussed at the initial drop off about the damages but notes weren’t taken nor were damages marked. I wasted more than an hour on my round trip to leave without my vehicle. The next morning in an effort to hopefully speed up Progressive’s response time, I reached out to the adjuster to loop him in. My vehicle was finished the day after the initial call. I will say the lady at the desk was kind and helpful. I would suggest notes or marking damages as well as preparing the customer for time frames and ensuring someone is giving updates when it spans multiple weeks.

Prestige collusion is first class in every way, from pickup of my vehicle to its return. The car looked like it came out of the show room.. not only was the extensive repair excellent, Prestige detailed it before returning it, which was above nd beyond the call of duty.
