Charging such a high percentage fee simply for card use is excessive. I understand you need to cover your expenses for accepting a credit card, but there should be a cap for how much is charged. It's the only complaint I have regarding my experience with Prestige Collision. The customer service I received was excellent. The card fee is what I am objecting to.
