The mirror was replaced and the gash was removed but the other smaller scratches were not taken care of, just painted over. Other scratches needing to be taken care of are still there never taken care of.

I was not kept informed through out the process. Was told it would take 2 weeks but ended up taking 4 weeks. If I wanted to know the process, I had to call. Disappointed since they were so highly recommended

We are not familiar with other body shops in the area so do not really know how Prestige ranks among its peers.

Car was not totally finished when we were told it was so waited for a very quick “buffing out” of fairly deep scratches. We shall see how that looks later on. Also, the replaced bumper panel is a slight mismatch in color to the adjacent panels. Perhaps that is considered by some as a minor thing. Overall we are fairly satisfied at this time.
