Good communication, even helped me get the new tires in the car. Did good work on my car, it looks like the tire never blew and messed up my bumper.

Prestige Collision was a great choice for us after our passenger sideview mirror was broken in a collision and the passenger window had some damage. The people, Mike and Austin, were nice and friendly and managed the repairs within the insurance quote. And within 2 days so we didn't have to rent a car for too long. They even cleaned up the front of the car - "we like to make sure the car looks good when it gets out of here". I'm still waiting on fixing the lane assist camera aiming which apparently did not work in the automatic Honda post-scan but I was helpfully told that if I did it at a Honda dealership, they would pick up the tab and forward it to my insurance. Hopefully that will go through smoothly too!
