Everything looks like it came from the factory again. There is a little bit of paint and body work and some part replacement, but I'm not able to tell that a repair was done. They did a really good job.

Prestige made it very easy to get my damage claim handled. They work directly with my Progressive rep and handled most of the communication with them directly. I didn't have to be super involved in the process, but they kept me updated via email the entire time so I knew what the status was. Once I got the ball rolling, they took it from there and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. These guys were very easy to work with and I appreciate their hard work.
