They communicated well. I had a special situation where a part needed to be ordered in. It took a very long time, however, I can’t blame the service team as the part had to come from Germany so they had my car for 2 1/half months. Overall, I did a great job.

Timely updates came via text, but other methods (email) were largely ignored. Text updates did not have details around estimated timeframes, nor did they have any details about items the repair was awaiting (a certain part that is backordered, etc). Not knowing time frames can be challenge for customers that are out of town for extended periods.
