My insurance company made it a hassle to get my car completed. Matthew at the body shop, pursuit them relentlessly, and insured that it got taken care of. When I picked up my car, it was ready to go. Preliminary estimate, both cost and time to repair, was way too low. Cost seemed to go up (by about $5k) once they heard from Chubb. No explanation and no response to my question. My deductible is capped at $2k so they probably thought I didn’t care. The work took almost twice as long as their original estimate. The work appears to be done well, which is the only reason I’m not rating them lower

The gentleman that helped me is awesome. You understood very quickly that my car meant a lot to me and he took excellent care of the vehicle did so in a very timely manner and at a price that if I’m honest was more than fair not only would I come back I would recommend him and the collision center to all of my family and friends. Well done you guys are fantastic. Hopefully I do not have any more issues with body damage but if I do, I will come see you.
