I noticed and my neighbor questioned a rattle in the rear that I did not have before taking the vehicle in for repair. Maybe something is a little loose....a bracket or something perhaps. Need you to take a look and tighten or do whatever is necessary to silent the rattle.

Overall, the truck looks great. On the other hand, communication between the collision center and me was poor; they never reached out unless I did for updates. They were supposed to have my truck for 14 days, but it ended up being over 25 or so (I was told because insurance had to approve the other fixes). I finally got my truck back after waiting a month. I had to call for an update so they could say it had just finished 15 minutes ago. I was about to call you… Then I had to take my vehicle back for correction on discrepancies. The window trim wasn’t secured, new clips were needed, and the wheel trim was missing a clip. Also required to return for the back driver side door, which wasn’t working due to not being put together correctly. You couldn’t open it from the inside. I would have taken it back, but they are closed on Friday, go figure. So I fixed it on my own. I wouldn’t take my vehicles here again, nor recommend anyone to have work done there. I’m a Chevy guy through and through, and it's sad to see low drive and care for other people's property. Also forgot they killed my battery and I had to buy a new one myself.
