When we brought it to you , it had just had a new windshield installed. My husband had just cleaned it inside and out. When we got it home from your place, there was a mist of something over the windshield. Also, I noticed a 250 dollar charge on my State Farm bill for cleaning and waxing. We should have had a choice for that if there was going to be a charge. Whatever the mist was on the windshield, my husband has been working on getting it off

The staff was very courteous and efficient. My car was repaired in the time frame I was told. And they did a great job on the repairs and cleaned my car inside and out. I would totally recommend Prichards body shop if you need a repair.
