The customer service was really great, and I really appreciated how easy it was for them to work with the insurance company. I didn’t have to do much on my end, which made the whole process very convenient. The only issue I had was when I picked up my car, I noticed some scratches on the hood that weren’t there before the repair. That made me a little concerned about how my car was being handled during the process. I brought it to the employee’s attention, and he was able to buff them out with some cream. They’re mostly gone now, so I appreciated that he addressed it right away. Overall, I had a good experience with the customer service and how smoothly they handled the insurance process.

Service was courteous and repairs per expectation. The reason for a less than perfect rating was that a close inspection of the repair showed that the gap on the right side of the tail gate was larger than the gap on the left side. Not perfect but not worth bringing it back to your shop.

I've never had to deal with insurance regarding repairs. I took Progressive's word, and regret it. Both my dealership and a reputable mechanic/autobody around the corner, told me the timetable was nonsense. Their totally unrealted and unconsulted timetables were between 5 and 7 days. BOTH Though asserted that my protracted repair process was a function of me not having been a customer of yours.

I felt mislead. Had I known that my car would be in for 2.5 weeks, I'd have stomped my feet until my vehicle was repaired by Subaru specialists.
