after 15 days in your shop the front interior of the vehicle was not adequately cleaned. And a pair of prescription sunglasses in a case was missing. The bodywork appeared to be well done and the staff, particularly the front office was, competent, pleasant and helpful..

I do know that "pride goes before a fall"; but I am so thankful to know a Pride that comes after a collision! This is my second experience with you folks and it totally surpassed the first one which was also excellent. From dealing with John and Anna in the front office to talking to ?Jake/John in the repair shop about my extra dent to having a shuttle service pick me up upon completion to having the car so clean inside and out that it looked better than the day we bought it - how can I not be pleased? Thanks to everyone involved for making a "painful experience" be a little more pleasant. Gratefully....Sally Chamberlain
