I would recommend to any friend that I had to talk with the collision people and let them know that you want to be informed or make sure that you call and find out what’s going on more often than I did. I also thought I needed more done than what they said. I need it done And now I’m not sure because I do hear scraping not all the time but on certain parts of roadways.

I haven’t had a chance to say I already hear a little scraping of which you said there was nothing wrong underneath the tire wall of the car. I’m gonna see if it gets any worse. I think the car is very low to the ground, but it never made that scraping sound till I had that bad flat tire.

I was never told how long you were gonna have to wait for the tires or that they were gonna be two tires instead of one when I leased the rental from. Enterprise, I took the $20 a day for insurance for any damage caused by any reason and I ended up having to pay $280 because of the number of days it took to get those tires had I known I would not have bought the insurance But no one ever called to let me know that the tires were gonna take a while to get and I was not very happy about that. I called twice to get information.

They held my car longer than necessary due to not noticing damage and delaying parts getting delivered. They also stained the seats inside my car and didn’t fix them.

Everyone was very accommodating. Bob was very sweet and answered any questions I had. He also was kind enough to help return my rental car when I came to pick up my car that had been fixed.

As long Iong as you are the owner, I would have noticed the addional damage everywhere, but I was not capable at the time to be there. I left it up to the collision center and my husband to look over the damage. Even Bob at Pride Collision said that I would have seen the initial damage on the back side. At least they agreed they should have looked over the whole car. But they are going to fix the additional damage. So I'm happy about that

There was more damage on thr passened ger side near the back door that was not fixed. We picked up the vehicle. Drove it home and my wife noticed the extra damage. We brought it back the next day and Bob at Collision center said he didn't see it at the time. He very busy right now but we have to return to get that fixed. He apologized for not noticing that damage. He will add it to the original claim in a couple of weeks..
