The replaced bumper looks amazing! The people at the collision center were readily available whenever I had questions, they kept me updated, and the repairs were done on time. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. I liked having a point person who followed me from start to end! I also appreciated that they made the arrangements with the rental car company, making rental and returns easy. It was also a pleasant surprise to have my SUV cleaned up (vacuumed and washed). Thank you for taking good care of my car and me. I appreciate how Bob and the rest of your staff made a potentially difficult situation easy!!

The customer service was an A++ (or 10+). They were always positive, courteous, and professional. It was also nice calling a company and actually being able to speak with someone instead of dealing with an automated system with way too many prompts.

Bob was incredibly polite and courteous with me. While my issus did take a little while to get resolved, Bob was very understanding when I called in looking for updates. My cars new bumper looks fantastic

The process took 3 times as long as the estimated time. They made a mistake and had to order parts which were on back order. When I picked up the car there was a new problem with a part that was not broken as a result of the initial car accident.
