The car was filthy on the inside from repairs it is make my noises when you push on the gas and go over bumps. After 15000 worth of work and the extended amounts unt of time you had it. It should not have theee problems

I just wasn’t sure why my car received an incomplete estimate.. I waited a week for an inaccurate estimate 2 weeks for all of the parts to arrive and begin taking apart, within 20 minutes of getting the text they are beginning to take the car apart to now find additional work that needed to be done which of course resulted in my car being totaled out. It doesn’t make sense to do an estimate without taking the car apart in the first place. I waited about a month for them to just total my car anyway. She actually told me on the first call that the car will probably need more work after the initial estimate so I know everybody knew the first estimate just wasn’t accurate in the first place. In my opinion it looks like they never wanted to do the work so came up with one number kept the car there long as possible, ordering the parts for no reason just stalling and then add on the rest of the repairs to finally go over the value amount. It was very inconvenient for me & my experience is very dissatisfied.
