Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components Hammer out dents, buckles and other defects using blocks and hammers Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams Restore Car to preaccident condition.

Cleanliness of vehicle after repair was poor! Inside of vehicle still covered in dust from repairs and painting. Poor paint job on inside of trunk.

The right rear panel...can see clips. Apparently there wasn't any clear post repair cleaning...some tape glue to cover the trunk gap from water pouring into trunk, wasn't removed. The interior I thought would have been cleaned of dust, etc after the painting etc. The windows were not cleaned well either. When I had Budd Baer do repair on my old Elantra, the car was returned, detailed inside and out. Cards were placed inside vehicle saying who did what from repair to detail. All the personnel were courteous, and the manager went over the repair area with me before I left their shop. That didn't happen at Prime. Opal was great...the other lady was not polite.

When I called in for the progress on my car, I was usually abruptly dismissed...I would give my name and she replied we have many cars...I replied sorry, but the insurance company is contacting me to find out what is going on since they cannot get a reply from you. Again, Budd Baer did a better job.

Great team. Great communication. I was really impressed with their process. They worked promptly and the only hold up was with the dealership that was giving me the run around with repairs when I first had my little deer tap. My mom is who recommended prime because of her experience…. This will be my go to collision center in the future! Can’t recommend it enough!
