Overall the work looks great except when you look at the front of the car there is a gap on one side of the hood and not the other. Like the hood needs adjusting

The receptionist was not very friendly and seemed annoyed if you asked her a question. Almost as if we were intruding on her time. Both her and the adjuster were rude to me about the insurance paperwork. Rather than trying to help me rectify the situation, they chastised me for them not receiving the proper paperwork from the insurance company. Which was out of my control. So, customer service needs to be improved.

Body repair of panels and sub assemblies were good. Areas of painting flash issues surfaced with sagging. Front staff unaware of American Disabilities Act Title 3 requirements for covered entities regarding effective communication requirements with communication disabilities.
