I wish there would have been a little bit more clear communication about the steps. When I was in the office for the initial estimate consultation, I heard someone basically cuss out a customer for calling to check up on their vehicle. This brought extreme concern to me as a customer that was about to get service done. If I wasn’t getting my car fixed by the insurance company that was already planned, I probably would have went to another company because of that. My car was repaired nicely though.

Work, repairs, etc - all good. Problem was an estimate of 3-4 days worth of repairs actually took two weeks to complete. Excessive despite holidays, no show employees, and missed parts requiring late order/install.
