Overall good experience. Would like 2 things: 1. Advising of credit card acceptance policies at intake since payment is not required until completion. 2. Upselling repair work opportunities when ready to move forward with claims work. I had a patch on my bumper that is chipped that I would’ve loved to have a quote to have that area painted at my expense so my bumper you were already working on would be perfect.

Everyone was friendly. The work was done very well. Only one headlamp was replaced so now they don’t match. One is sparkling new and the other is cloudy with condensation. I realize that it was not damaged in the accident and if offered to me I could have paid out of pocket to have it replaced to match. I will replace it myself.
