Date changed multiple times. Moved out one day at a time, making rental coverage almost impossible. Also when I called for updates to confirm if vehicle would ready on that date. I was told over the phone it would not. I was never contacted by prime, but had to reach out myself multiple times.

I’ll never recommend Prime to anyone. I’ve heard their advertisements and decided to give it a try. Mistake on my part.

Multiple issues with repairs. Picked up car and found the new items installed were broken or loose and was hidden from me or the shop “didn’t know” Took vehicle back to fix and repair wasn’t complete. Went without my car for an extra week and picked it up and they still didn’t complete the repairs.
