My car was supposed to be ready @3:00. It takes me 20 minutes to get there so I left home at 2:40. The lady was supposed to call me when it was ready, but did not. After waiting for an hour in a nearby parking lot, I finally went to the shop at 4:00 and my car was sitting ready. I felt like she should have called me. Other than that, everything was fine and excellent work on my car.
