The only issue I have is keeping the customer informed on the progress. Twice the completion date was moved a full week. That was not relayed to me until I inquired on the day it was supposed to be done when I called about picking it up. The work seems to be excellent and so far am pleased. I would recommend and would also include the communication issues. As for courtesy by the employees, I also am satisfied. They were very polite. I would just suggest cleaning up the communication.
