The personnel at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered. I was given additional information that I would have never even thought to ask about. When I commented that the car looked great, the gentleman at the front desk gave full credit to the staff who actually did the repairs giving them high praise. He took no credit for himself.
