A lack of communication was an issue. Especially as the finish date kept sliding. Originally the repair was to take a week and it ended up being more than 2 due to part supply issues.

The overall repair was excellent except the paint job. I have a pearly white color and the bumper they painted was white. It noticeable up close and far away as well
