I didn't have any problems with anything on my end, the wife might be a different story. The shop that did the repairs could have been closer and not a 35 minute drive one way and another 35 minutes back home. We live in a 200k population area. Communication wasn't completely understood when car was gonna be done or the next morning. She got the call later in the day after she got home from work and had to get back out. She drove right past the place an hour before. Rental should've been more flexible. And was told they would not cover another day. Had to leave fairly quickly to make it there before close. Our evening suffered from that, drive through dinner and make the evening not as family enjoyable as it would have been. Oh, and the rim was missed in the repair process. It needs replacement. Overall everyone has a job to do and feel they did pretty well. Thank you.
