Despite having to wait months for the parts to come in, price of doing business on a brand new car trim with limited part availability, Prince Body Shop did not forget to reach out to me without any need to keep in touch until the parts had arrived. At which point the car was repaired the next day. So early that I had to wait an extra day to come pick it up as I was unable to put in a time off request with enough time to get back to Tifton to pick it up.

I have no reason not to recommend the shop. It's kind of out of the way for most people that live in Douglas or Valdosta, but it doesn't mean I won't mention it to anyone who needs repairs.

Once the parts were in they were very quick to repair the car to the point that you cannot tell it was ever hit.

There was no communication. It took almost 6 weeks to get my car back. Made to feel like it was my fault that I called and bothered him. I called once a week when my car rental expense was past due. At first he couldn't find out what was wrong with the car. I had told them what had happened and where to look. This was not communicated to him by the front desk.

It was in the shop for 8 weeks. Even with my insurance paying for most of my rental car it still cost a lot that I couldn't afford. They did a great job with the repairs and my car looks great. They also helped me when the rental car coverage expired.
