Car repair took much longer than I was told it would take. 7 to 10 days turned in to over a month. I was the one that had to constantly call about my car. I was told I could pick my car up but told the man if it was not going to be ready by that afternoon to please call and let me know so I don't waste my time driving to Tifton. When I arrived in Tifton, my car was not ready and was told it would not be ready that day. No one called to tell me that before driving all the way to Tifton! Guy in office was rude. Stripes not right on car and I'm still waiting on a phone call to see about getting them finished!!!!!!

It honestly took way too long. A lot longer than it should have and what we were told. One thing was not looked at or even considered from the start even though they were told about it. Someone was lazy and just didn’t want to do it. We had to take it back so that could get fixed which should have been done from the start. Terrible communication and laziness. Work was good, but we won’t be back.

I am very, very, very unhappy with Prince Automotive. It was the worst nightmare. I think I could’ve ever had. My truck still tore up tail lights don’t work. They charged for parts and they didn’t put on my vehicle. Won’t return any messages now that I have my truck it was the worst experience of my life. I wish someone would call me at 386-523-7701 or I can get my truck to legit place to fix
