I received excellent service from Pro 1. The repairs took a little longer than it usually would have, but that was beyond their control. We had a bad storm come through our area at the same time my truck was put in for repairs and it damaged lots of vehicles resulting in the delay. But Chad kept me updated on the progress of my repairs and the customer service was top notch. I'd recommend them to anyone. I hope I never have another wreck again, but if I do I will definitely use Pro 1 again.
