We were told by insurance that pro 1 would contact us within 1 business day to schedule service. We ended up having to call and schedule the service after the alloted time. All service after that was very prompt.

the hood is not lined up correct and there is a chip in the paint by the trim

I had to cancel my trip home to North Carolina when I could not get a return call for updates two times I was told I would be contacted but I did not receive any contact from the shop. I was told my truck would be ready by noon Friday then by 3PM and it was at 630pm. I tried to explain if they needed to keep it until Monday that would be fine and would work better for me.
