I thought the people there where very personable. I would have like to be informed in a more timely manner of when my car was started on and when it would be completed without me having to call. I do understand people get busy, but that would have been helpful when paying for a rental car out of your own pocket.

Paint quality along with the skill of the painter has been better than other shops that I have used over the last 2 years. Clean paint spray tips, clean paint room, and attention from surface prep to clear coat. All results in a finish that is free of particles, fish eyes, and other class A surface defects.
