Javier is a prompt and respectful manager ar Pro Auto. From my first inquiry to my pick up this morning, he kept me informed on the progress of repair. There is an automated texting apparatus that informs people about every 12 or less hours on progress on the repair. He was especially helpful arranging the car rental, both managing the reservation and having them pick it up. Rarely do I find business people as respectful and helpful as Javier treated me!
