Better communication would have been very helpful. I declined a rental car because of the time estimate I got from shop personnel. It wasn't that big a deal because I have other vehicles, but it was inconvenient.

I was initially told the job would take 5 days. It took over 15 days. I understand shops get busy, but they could have at least called me to explain the delay.

You did a great job with keeping the appt as scheduled, dealing with the rental and my car looks brand new (for a 2016 at least). Very happy with the service and although I hope I don’t have another occasion to come back, I certainly would if the need arises. I will also recommend you to others.
