Overall, looks great. The biggest dent (above the gas tank cap) still has a wrinkle in the paint, but it was a big dent and looks MUCH better. Insurance took a long time to approve the work and I had to keep checking in rather than getting email/text updates.

Not a 10 only b/c I didnāt hear back about where the claim was. I had to check in. Not your fault insurance took so long, but I did contact my insurance rep to push them and wouldāve sooner if I had been kept up-to-date on the status of the claim/repair.

Yes itās true they waived the deductible but they donāt give you invoice for the fix and charge more then double of what other shop estimates. There rental car was so bad smell. I fix my other car at gerber collision and gerber is great they give me invoices and also their estimate and price was pretty cheap. I will never ever recommend or fix my car again at pro master . And also they want me to review in there office before I get my car but I lie to her that I did so I took a key and left.i think thatās why they got good reviews by people when they review at their office. Thank you

The girl lie that I made the appointment at Saturday to pick but when I go she was not there and the other man called her and she said I didnāt made appointments to pick. Common I show the proof to the man also.

I just want to start by saying that I am working with pro masters to remedy my dissatisfaction, but I wanted to detail my issues to date as we work to resolve my repair concerns. While I have had very good interactions with everyone at pro masters, I have to say that the repairs done to my vehicle are not great. There are many dents still visible with the naked eye, particularly along the drivers side doors, which is strange because there were no dents there previously. There are also a few dents that were attempted repair but now have visible rippling where the repair was done. I also still have a broken lift gate light, and while it was said the part is on back order, I have not been given any time frame as to when it might be in to be repaired, which makes me nervous because my lease expires in two months and I have to return the vehicle and I have still not been able to get it inspected because of the on going repairs. As I said, I have communicated this to the team and we are working to find a time for the new repairs, but I am nervous about the repairs and tail light and my lease return at this point, especially as I have no leverage as the insurance money has already been paid.
