The quality of repair seems ok, but Mary Ann's 2020 Fusion and my 2011 F-150 came to the shop together. The was some damage done to the F-150 in the process of repair that should not have happened, and reassembly fasteners left loose. In the end everything was fixed.

Front drivers side not even with front passenger side. Tire is too close to wheel well. When turning tire rubs against tire well. Truck undriveable.

I think Monica is great at her job. Allowing others to take calls and deal with customers is not in your best interest. I can't remember who I spoke to (Chris? Sam?-some other female) who was beyond rude when I questioned having to bring in a certified check and not being able to use a credit card. You are not a preferred service provider for State Farm therefore they issued an EFT to my account which meant I had to deposit the check and then get a cashier's check which is a lot of work just to be able to pay for work. The rude employee was abrasive about your policy and basically hung up on me when I questioned her about it. I was not happy, but rightly so. I shouldn't be required to go to the lengths I had to go in order to pay for the repairs. If it wasn't for Monica, I would not return to your shop.

I received my car totally dirty inside, with scratches in the trunk and one door, the cap of back light inside missing, scratches in the back vomper, didn't fix the trims on top of the car. Terrible care of my car. Beside that they used my car and almost finish the gas.
