If it was not for Steve the shop manager I would have given pro masters a 3. It has been almost a year and I think that I finally have all my issues fixed. The glass company who you use I would give a 1.

If it weren't for Steve being the manager, I would never recommend the company. The shop they had in Denver that closed was absolutely terrible and Steve made it right.

The Pro-Masters location in Denver originally fixed my car in 2017 but they ended up causing almost as much in damage trying to fix the car as the hail itself did. We didn't really notice until this year when the one of the sun visors came off inside the car and we got it inspected by another body shop. We took the car to Pueblo since the Denver location is now closed and the owner seemed hesitant to fix it. Steve, the manager looked over the car and was able to tell that all of the damage was 100% due to the shop in Denver and he promised he would take care of us and he fulfilled that promise! Steve was amazing. He was in constant communication with us (it was impossible to get communication from the shop in Denver when my car was there) and the car was returned in perfect condition. I can't say enough good things about Steve!

Steve, the manager, was incredible. Our car was originally fixed in 2017 and there was almost more in damage from the initial repairs than the hail storm. Steve promised he would take care of it and he did. I can't say enough good things about him!
