I thought eveything was Ok till I drove my car the next day. 3 out 0f 4 seat belts were not put back in place. One of them is even bent and breaking the plastic because it was pushed in improper. The ceiling is mising the pins that secure it also. I have to bring it back Saturday becauae I cant fix it myself!

Repair quality was great. Beyond that and Whitey who was great everything else about the business needs some help. The girl at the front has no clue what is going on and her response everytime when I would call was that they were walking the lot and would call back. Never got a call once. Received two texts about status for the month and a half it was there. Finally had to start texting Whitey to find out what was going on. The front seats had overspray on them which was quite disappointing as I take very good care of my car. Hoping you will spend some time working with staff so they know what is going on and can keep customers informed and know what is going on when they call. Your front desk staff will make or break you!!

My family and friends all complained about how long it took. But I have no problem with how long it takes because I know my car isn't the only car from Pueblo to Denver with hail damage and how can u be upset in any way when my car looks as good as it does. I would rather have it take a long time and be done right than rushed and look bad. Also how can I complain when the deductible is taken care of, and the girls that talked to me from scheduling an appointment to picking my car and calls in between were all polite and let me know what was going on right away. I like the update emails and texts too. Thanks for fixing my car and I will definitely recommend you to any one I see with hail damage.

Just want to say thanks for the great job. I hardly recognized my car after the body work and detailing inside and out. I hope I never get caught in a hail storm again, but I'll know where to go if I do.
