If they finish the job and make the car like it was before wreck, I would give hire score. Also 31 days instead of the 10 they said it would take, was not just a little longer.

The car looks good but now there is a terrible rattle every little crack or bump in the road.

The passenger side window doesnt roll up now and the car is shaking from the right side. I already pay 5k out of pocket. But just got found not at fault in court. Anyway can I get a rental so the window and shaking can be fixed.

Repair itself was satisfactory. One piece of front end looked like it pops out just a bit. Nothing worth taking back for. There is a sensor issue after the repair though that I need to deal with. Sensor for washer fluid which I was told was common when I dropped the car off. Was told it would be taken care of and wasn't.

When I first contacted Pro-Masters via email, I received a response within an hour. Getting scheduled and taking the car in was pretty quick and painless. When I dropped off the car I asked how long the repairs might take, I was told at least two weeks but somewhere about that. Repairs took more than double that estimate. When I would email to get a status update, it sometimes took multiple business days to get a response. One response finally said that parts for this car always take longer. I wish that was expressed up front as I would have asked to keep my car while waiting on the repairs since I was paying out of pocket for a rental car. I was disappointed in the lack of communication during the repairs as well as the estimated time being quite off.

Picked my car up from repair. My car was driven to the front by an employee. Employee gives me the keys and fails to mention that my windshield is cracked. I notice the crack as I am driving and immediately take a picture of it. Get to my destination, call the shop and tell the girl who answers that my windshield is cracked. She asks if I can bring the car back. I tell her no. She tells me to text pictures to her. I send pictures and hear nothing in response. Late the next day I get an email asking me to rate the service. I explain in my email response that my windshield was cracked, that I sent pictures and have heard nothing. The shop reply backs says “your windshield was heavily pitted, going from cold to hot can crack a windshield and you had a rock chip. We can get you a price for a new one at our cost. I am amazed that I gave my car to you in a certain condition….not a crack one in the windshield. I get it back with a crack and somehow it’s my fault. Car repair was excellent. Customer service not good. I will never bring another vehicle your way!

Steve provided excellent customer service! He took the time to meet with me, he made sure all my concerns and questions were answered about the work needed on my Jeep Wrangler. The repair staff did a fantastic job making my Jeep look just like it did when I bought it brand new!! Repairs were done when promised and they updated me through the process.
