Couldn’t get a straight answer as to when my vehicle would be finished. Was told it would be two weeks, it ended up being six. I would call and ask for an update, be put on hold for ten minutes, told I’d get a callback with an update, and nothing….

While I was very unhappy with timeliness and communication, they really took care of the rental car situation and ultimately waived my copay (without my asking) because of the delays. So, that's good
