When dealing with an accident and insurance companies, it's not generally a pleasant experience. I was handling my 81 year old mom's accident and the insurance company deemed it a total loss. She loves that car and the amount they offered wouldn't buy anything close. After talking with Pro-Masters, they understood the goals and provided clarity on how to get it done. Working with them was easy. They kept me up to date and helped me get the car towed to the Springs from Pueblo. The experience was as good as is possible, but that's not the biggest thing. When we received the car, it was literally in better condition than when they received it. It was an immaculate car, but they cleaned everything and made the outside look better than a showroom floor. My mom was so happy and was starting to tear up because she had her car back looking and working as good as ever. This is a great company and I hope this review helps others to make the decision to choose them. I really appreciate what they did for us.

This was a big part of the experience. Not only were they very pleasant to speak with on the phone, they were honest, realistic, and knowledgable. It wasn't a situation where I had to be placed on hold to get the information needed. I run a business, and I'd be proud to have the quality of customer service that Pro-Masters has.

My car still has several dents all over the trim and hood. They promised to fix them for said amount but still didnt fix them all.
