I have nothing but good things to say. From start to finish the communication was solid, the care and efficiency when fixing my vehicle. The team is very transparent of what to expect. This the second time I’ve been to proteam having been referred by my insurance company. Very pleased with the work that was completed . Very down to earth group of people. Delays which cost me $700 out of pocket in rental fees. They damaged the interior of my car by placing my ezpass on the charging plate where my phone goes. I’m not sure if they damaged the ezpass device either but the sticky back too it must have melted to the plate b/c there is plastic melted to the charging plate. I had a charger in the car as well that’s gone and they damaged my glasses cleaning bottle so there was lense cleaning liquid pooled in the center Consol area

Pro Team Collision provided amazing service and I would highly recommend. When I hit a deer and needed to have the entire front left side of my car replaced and rebuilt I looked through the options supported by my insurance and found Pro Team Collision. I noticed the consistently great reviews and that they are Acura certified. When I called to setup the appointment they detailed the process and answered all of my questions. So I took my car in, they analyzed the damage, provided me with a comprehensive quote and plan and then executed the plan while providing me with frequent text updates of the progress and timeline. I was very impressed with the service and they went above and beyond to make sure that the car was restored to its pre-accident condition. I’d say it looks even better than before the accident!
