Probst Auto Body is a family owned business and has been in operation since 2003. What started as a 1 man operation has grown to 11 employees. We have been very diligent in growing our business by providing outstanding customer service and quality repairs which are done in a timely manner. We have enlisted companies such as Management Success, Collision Advice and the Axalta Business Council to help us become better at what we do. Our continued effort to improve has resulted in continued growth but more importantly extremely happy customers. More recently our focus has turned to improving our cycle time. When have implemented lean processes to our production line which has lowered our Length of Rentals. We use our management system and Enterprise's Arms Report to gauge how well we are doing with our length of rentals. We have showed continued improvement throughout the last several years. Our end goal to our customers is to provide Fast, Friendly and Quality Service.
